Survivor 101
Program Details

Survivor 101 is a group program for students experiencing issues related to violence and/or mental health challenges. Each week, participants have the opportunity to explore different topics through discussion, art and interactive activities.  It is a safe and supportive space for participants to share and connect.Topics explored during group include:

  • Relationships
  • Stress & Teen Pressures
  • Communication
  • Substance Abuse
  • Anger
  • Self-harm
  • Suicidal Ideation
  • Depression
  • Grief & Loss
  • Life After High School
Program Location
