Taming Worry is an 8 week group designed to support children as they explore their feelings of fear, anxiety, and worry in a supportive environment.
Through the exploration of their feelings, the children learn skills and strategies to cope with their emotions in an encouraging setting with their peers.
A parent group is held at the same time in another room. This provides support to the parent(s) which encourages them to reinforce the skills the children have learned in the group and to help with practice at home.
