At CFS Saskatoon we provide individual counselling for people from ages 6 and up, as well as couple, and family counselling to assist in building strength and overcoming challenges across the lifespan. We are dedicated to our client success and provide a non judgemental setting where our counsellors meet you with warmth and acceptance.

CFS Saskatoon has a team of experienced counsellors who are skilled in assisting people experiencing difficulties and identify strengths, define problems, and work toward alternatives and solutions. Our counsellors work to equip each client with the tools and self awareness necessary to make choices and take action that supports well being and improved relationships.
We provide the following counselling services:
Individuals (children 6 years old and up, youth and adults), couples and families.
Presenting Issues may include:
- Couples/relationship issues
- Emotional distress (Anxiety, anger, depression etc)
- Health Interpersonal relationships
- School issues
- Work related.
As a result of changes to our funding agreements we have instituted a flat rate of $25/session for those whose family income is $80,000 or less. All clients paying $25/session will be served by a student intern. Anyone else will pay our full fee $110/session. Service for our clients with an Employee Assistance Plan and/or insurance will not change.
Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre Partnership
CFS Saskatoon provides counselling at the Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm.
This is a free service and appointments are on a first come, first serve basis.
Walk-in counselling is available 1pm – 4pm on Thursdays.
This program is supported by the United Way.
