CFS Saskatoon: St. Thérèse Before & After School Program

CFS Saskatoon offers a Before & After School program at St. Thérèse of Lisieux school. We are currently accepting applications for space in this program.

Taming Worry

CFS Saskatoon offers an 8 week workshop for children experiencing fear, anxiety, and worry. A concurrent parent group is also facilitated. Winter 2021 group starts in February.

Survivor 101

A school based program for youth experiencing issues related to violence and/or mental health challenges.  It is a safe and supportive space for participants to share and connect.

Counselling For Kids & Teens

CFS Saskatoon has a skilled counselling team qualified to work with children ages 6 and up. Our counsellors provide one on one or family counselling.

Calming The Storm

CFS Saskatoon offers an 8 week workshop for children and pre-teens experiencing big emotions and challenges with emotional regulation. Winter 2021 groups start in February.

Steps: From Anxiety to Resilience

A school based program available throughout the city at various middle and high schools. Giving youth the tools to cope, fostering healthy peer to peer relationships and a safe space to explore issues they are struggling with.

Good Grief

A support group for children who have experienced the death of a significant person in their lives.

Survivor 101 Online Facilitators Guide

This course trains adult allies who work with high-school-aged youth to facilitate the Survivor 101 program.

Survivor 101 is a group program for students experiencing issues related to violence and/or mental health challenges. Each week, participants have the opportunity to explore different topics through discussion, art, and interactive activities.

CFS Offers a variety of programs for adults including workshops for professionals such as social workers, youth workers, counsellors, family educators, psychologists, school counsellors, and workshops that support new comers to our city, as well as empowering Moms and Dads to develop the necessary skills to be great parents.
