Bridging the Gap:
For Parents of Challenging Teens
If you are parent of a teen who is having severe behaviour issues, we have a psycho educational group session that will assist you in the difficult task of handling your out of control teen. The group runs weekly and includes learning skills for coping with your teen’s behavioural problems and maintaining communication with them during this difficult time. You will be able to talk about your issues and receive ideas/support/feedback and personalized homework on how to support your teen.
“ These are the most practical and helpful sessions I have been to.”
89% of parents said they had more control over their fighting or arguing after attending the group.
Dates: Starting September 17th, 2020 – June, 2021 (Ongoing)
Thursdays: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
