Day by Day: A Handbook for Teens

In 2018, a team of over 25 youth created a resource book for youth titled Day by Day. This resource contains art by the experiences of  youth contributors along with resources and information on a variety of topics related to navigating life as a teen.

Hand in Hand: A Resource for Adults Created By Youth

Following the release of Day by Day and prompted by community request, a team of youth created a resource for parents and other adults who support youth. The resource contains art, stories and insight from youth along with information from a team of professionals who work with youth.

Due to physical distancing because of COVID-19, digital editions of both Day by Day and Hand in Hand have been made available. To get the digital edition of either resource, contact Terry Lowe at tlowe@cfssaskatoon.sk.ca OR call CFS Saskatoon at 306-244-7773
